"it(prosprity)also,howeever,increases demand.So for example,just as an interesting thought for you, "there are 350 million people in India...clasified as middle class.That's bigger than America. Their middle class is larger than our entire population. "And when you start getting wealth,you start demanding better nutrition and better food and so demand is high,and that causes the price to go up" then there is a caption that says "Look how much they are eating"............ Y our above comments on the Indian middle class speak of nothing but ignorance of your realistic knowledge on the subject. It pains me to realize that how the most powerful personality in the global arena could afford
